Our sprockets are made in small batches right here in the UK. With bikes looking much the same in recent years, we felt sprockets are one of the few ‘canvases’ left on a bike, and that it’d be shame to waste that canvas with a generic sprocket.
One idea we had to (other than aesthetics) to improve on existing sprockets was to widen the teeth slightly in order to reduce chain rattle, so that’s exactly what we did. And it works a treat.
Bigger sprockets are commonplace in the woods so ours are available in 25t, 28t, 30t, 33t, and 36t. Machined from 7075 billet with a 24mm (and a choice of 19mm or 22mm adaptors).
