All Root Designs products carry a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects are usually immediately obvious on receipt or within a few days of use (e.g. missed welds, crooked brake mounts, or cosmetic imperfections). This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser.
All Root Designs products carry a one year ‘crash replacement’ guarantee against damage caused by every day riding (e.g. cracks, twists, or bends). A crash replacement guarantee will usually take the form of a discounted product and doesn’t cover overseas shipping.
Cosmetic damage (i.e. rusting on raw frames) is not covered under guarantee.
Damage caused by alterations that compromise the product are not covered under guarantee.
